Our state of the art plastic molding plant is equipped with fully automatic material conveying system along with master batch dosing which helps us to reduce material wastage and slippage.

Our unmanned Injection moulding set up typically runs with fully automatic hardened tools synchronized with sprue picker for immediate runner grinding to keep moulding operations wastage free and requiring minimal supervision which helps us to avoid any production error by human.

Kunststoff have an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of thermoplastic materials, prime, filled with glass, talc, or unfilled. Using our gravimetric dosers we can also add additives such as flame retardants, and special colours.

Plastic Moulding Material

Plastic has many good characteristics like it is tough yet light weight and recyclable which makes it ideal for manufacturing plastic moulds which needs different shapes. Due to its versatile character, it helps save cost during production. Also, we ensure that the product quality is not compromised during production and the standards are maintained.

ABS, Nylon, PC and PMMA are the engineering polymers which are hydroscopic. These engineering polymers need to be dried to exhibit their optimum physical performance and surface finish. Without efficient drying, material can get wasted by sink marks, sliver marks which can increase production cost. These polymers require continuous dry air with low dew and constant drying temperature needs to be maintained at any given time for low moisture content.
